Ash started his insurance career in 1999. Before joining the Long Burroughs team in 2022, Ash has held positions as both an underwriter and a broker in New Zealand and the UK.
Having the ability to understand how insurers underwrite their products is a huge advantage for Ash, as a broker. It allows him to ask the right questions, ultimately, matching your business with not only the right insurer, but also the right insurance package.
Ash prides himself in helping companies understand how insurance works to better protect their business, and their people. Every company has different requirements, your insurance program should be as bespoke as you are.
Outside of work Ash’s main hobby is motor racing, which is split 95% fixing and 5% racing. He also enjoys spending time with his dogs at the beach or lake, as well as finding DIY jobs to do around the house.
